Answer:

All members of the PA community - faculty, students, and staff - have digital access to the New York Times through the OWHL. Once you register for an account, you will have unlimited access to the Times for one year, and can read it either through the website or the Times app.

To register for an account, follow these steps.

  1. While on campus and connected to PA's wifi, visit nytimes.com/grouppass. While you cannot activate your access to the Times while off campus, once you create an account, you will be able read the Times from anywhere.
  2. Create an account using your PA email address, which ends in andover.edu. If you already have an account with the Times using your PA email address, simply log in with those credentials.

Once you have created your account and logged in, your one year of free access will begin. If you registered last year and are looking to renew your pass, follow the steps above again to re-register.

If you have any questions or have any trouble with your registration, please stop by the OWHL.
